Shipping policy

At 11MOONS, we believe in thoughtful fashion. Each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed. This means that we don’t mass-produce and certain items may take a little longer to create and ship. Instead of storing excess inventory, we create pieces made just for you, ensuring every garment is crafted with the same intentionality that defines 11MOONS.

Delivery within the UAE

Currently, we offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Since production begins once your order is confirmed, this timeframe ensures your order is created specifically for you.

Free shipping is available on all orders over 499 AED within the UAE. For orders under 499 AED, a standard shipping fee will apply and you’ll see the fee reflected at checkout.

International Shipping

At this moment, we do not offer standard international shipping. However, if you're outside the UAE and would like to receive 11MOONS pieces, please contact us by emailing hello@11moons.ae and we’ll explore the best shipping options for your location.

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days after being placed. We will notify you if there are any delays beyond the usual processing window.

If you do not receive your order within 30 business days, you are entitled to a full refund. This timeframe begins from the date of purchase. While most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, occasional delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the 30-business-day window, please contact us at hello@11moons.ae and we’ll make it right.
