As we begin production only after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. This process allows us to reduce waste and avoid overproduction, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
Cancellations are only accepted within 8 hours of placing your order, as each piece is made-to-order. After this time, production begins and changes cannot be made. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.
We kindly ask that you review our sizing guide before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at hello@11moons.ae and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit.
